All samples can be dropped off at our laboratory located at:

862 Dufferin Ave, Winnipeg MB R2X 0A3

When dropping off samples for asbestos or mould review we require the following actions be taken prior to our laboratory accepting the samples.

• The sample must be double bagged in a sealable bag such as a ziplock sandwich or freezer bag.

• The sample must have your name, phone number, email and address of sample location included with it.

• The sample size should be 2X2 inches OR ‭enough loose material to cover approximately 2 square inches.

• If the sample is frozen or contains high moisture, it should be noted to a technician when dropping off.

• A completed Chain of Custody Form
